Frequently asked questions

How do I reserve my date?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book and lock in your date. Your date is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Is there a minimum booking length?

Yes — every booking carries a two-hour minimum. Extra hours can be added at the booth's hourly rate: $150/hr for the Platform 360, $200/hr for the Overhead 360 and $100/hr for the Digital Station.

What's included in every package?

A dedicated attendant, custom event overlay, professional LED lighting, instant digital sharing and complete setup and breakdown. The 360 booths also include props and slow-motion effects.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel fees may apply outside the standard Atlanta service area. Events outside the metro area are welcome — a flat travel fee is quoted up front, never added after the fact.

Can I get prints instead of digital only?

Yes — physical printing is available as an optional upgrade on the Digital Photo Booth Station. Specialty backdrops and custom corporate branding are also available upon request.

How much space do you need?

The Platform 360 needs roughly 10x10 ft, the Overhead 360 needs 12x12 ft with 10 ft ceilings, and the Digital Station fits in about 8x8 ft. Send your venue details and we'll confirm.
